| The Aims of Kunpan Cultural School | |
| Our aims are: | |

To educate Tibetan refugees who have already studied for 3-5 years at one of the refugee schools in India. We educate them for a further two years, in English, Computing and Chinese. |

To significantly increase the job prospects of our students by educating them to a high level of English, Computing and Chinese. |
| |
To bring our students to a point where they are able, having finished their education with us, to live their lives freely and independently and to find their place in society, wherever that may be. |

To create an atmosphere of respect and goodwill between students and teachers. |
| |
To improve the self-confidence of the students, not only through education, but also by providing them with a safe and nurturing environment in which to live and study for 2 years. |
